I saw a page that offers a service to judge a sites link appeal. One of the variables was links/html. Does anyone know if this is factored? I mean, I had always assummed that even if you have a small page, if it has one link on it, that link is just as powerful as a huge page with one link. What are your thoughts. Thanks
The 'power' or 'weight' of links is divided up amongst all the links on a page. Therefore the fewer links a page has the more weight (PageRank) each link will pass.
