i read this in a forum, what does "links per sub mean"

then the guy stated some directories as follows

www dot xyz dot com ($13) 10 links - 9 keyword rich titles - PR3

i just want to understand what is the "10 links, 9 keyword rich titles" thing? what does this mean?

    thanks for the help

Links per submission. What this means is that when you submit a link to this site, you will get 10 total links on that site. 9 of the links will have different titles. One title will be the same as one of the other titles. PR 3 means the index page of that directory has a page rank of 3.

Honestly, more than about 2 or 3 links from the same site is overkill. Search engines devalue multiple links from the same site now, which is why sitewide links aren't as attractive as they once were. Otherwise, all I'd have to do to dominate a search ngine is create a site with a million pages and give my self 1 million links on each page. Then I'd have a billion links! (Ahh... if only SEO were so simple...)

Look for directories like mine that feed their results to other sites. For example, a submission to my directory gets you four links, but each link is from a seperate domain and IP, so you really are getting four links, not 1 good link and 9 worthless ones.
