Links over an area

    I found out that this was possible a couple days ago but what's it called? Like I want to select an area off a template and make it into a link.

    I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but mapping can make just a small area into a link, check out this link-

    http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_map.asp

    Mainly used for making parts of an image link to different pages.
