What are your thoughts on this.
I have a dedicated server, prob about 40 sites on it.
I have one big site with alot of pages and good pr that i wanted to link to another site of mine.
They are both on their own ip address. Same ip address pool though.
Once is .155 and the other .156

I don't really think its an issue, but IM curious what others thoughts are about this.

    Thanks

It is to my understanding that this is fine and link juice will be passed on.

I have several sites on the same server and the same IP. I only link between them when the sites are related. So far I haven't had any problems. My flagship site ranks #1 in Google for it's main keyword and it passes link juice extremely well to the other sites. The last new site I put up ranked #2 in Google within about 1 month for a good niche keyword with only one or two links from my other sites.

My advice is to go ahead an link them if they are related. Put the link somewhere in a menu or text where it will actually get clicked. Don't do a site wide footer link.

Yeah i was thinking a sitewide sidebar link.
The sites arent related, but I have a cool sites section where I just put oubound links for other sites that are interesting. Since this is really the only site I would do it with I think I would be ok.
    Just wanted some feedback.

    THanks
