    No restrictions. It's been said, however, too many links on a page will dilute pagerank.

    Do you mean your blog or the blog of others?
    If you mean your blog, try not to put too many outbound links for the sake of affiliate marketing, put a nofollow tag. If you mean the blog of others, find those blogs with dofollow comments, and use Name/url function to make comments. Try not to put the links to your blogs within the comment.
