Links in YouTube video descriptions

    Do links in YouTube videos' descriptions help build page rank? ( e.g. if I put my site's URL in all of my videos' description ).

    I'm just asking because when I put in my site's URL in google no results come up. However this text is shown:

    And when I do that, I can see the results with my site's link in YouTube videos' descriptions.

    youtube is nofollow so you wont get an increase of PR or SERP but might give some traffic as it still is a backlink.
