    In Webmaster tools Indexed Page count continuously decreased and graph is very bad in Site Index.

    Whats a reason any one can help?

    Have you submit the sitemap? As well google remove low quality content & duplicate results.

    Like humtuma says, it sounds like using canonical and noindex may help in your situation.
