Links in Post

    Is a tracking link classed as a masked link in posts since it doesn't show the normal full url?

    It wouldn't be an affiliate link but it would track visitors to that site.

    The fact that its a tracking link, makes it go to a certain page but that page is not displayed within the link.

    Is this tracking link counted as a redirect?

    Any newbie PHP coder can find the $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] and know where the user has come from.
