links from the same server

i have same topic sites that hosted on the same server.

can i cross link them with site wide links?

if yes how many? 2 or 3 sites?

try to get links from ip diversity.... and not single domain or ip

 

We are hearing rumors that Google will no longer count links-in from sites with the same IP address, i.e. links between virtual sites on the same server.
That's it right... any body can help me.
