I was wondering if anyone has any experience in finding links from non English speaking sites? I'm specifically interested in .se or .co.il domains with the native language but having trouble tracking people down who are willing to sell links on them.... probably because i'm not swedish or israeli. Any help would be appreciated.

go through Swedish Google, then search blogs, forums, article directories and bookmarking sites in Swedish language and make a link on them by using google translator. otherwise buying a links from someone else will not better because simply i trust my quality of building links and every professional link builder has their own way and technique to build links
Post a message in the BST section of the forum, you could also google inurl:.se websites and your niche and see if they will offer a link exchange.
Why don't you use SB to scrape for these websites? and then scrape the emails then email the owner to see if they want to sell links? or even better you can scrape for blogs and post your link for free.
