links from non related forums, is it worth or not ?

Can getting links from computing forums for a home improvement site help me in my link building .......if not so whats the best way to get high quality link for a home improvement site ?

Submit your Site to Directories (In proper category)

Getting links from computing forums for your Home Imporvement site won't help you much in link building. But might help you in SERP.

 

It's worth it only if the traffic you're getting from these unrelated sites converts.

no link can actually hurt you, they will still pass on PR, give you some extra traffic, just dont think of it as bad

then it is called an unrelated link
