Links from Forum to my main website

    HI all,

    I have an website which has a decent amount of Organic Traffic and i am yet to add Adsense. I have started a Forum (seperate domain name) and iam getting good traffic from it .

    Now my Question is
    1.Will the No follow links(so many) from the Forum affect or help in my SERP ?
    2.How effectively can i use my Forum to drive more traffic? please mention a Source.

    Dear friend;

    Firstly, No follow links will surely affect your site PR and Link popularity, it is good for your site.
    Secondly, The forums are not as effective to drive more traffic as social bookmarking and social media optimization.
    but, forums are very effective to get reliable back links. it increase PR of your site rapidly.

    Nofollow links won't help in terms of your ranking, however you should be able to use your forum to rank for tons of longtail traffic and should in turn funnel through to your main website.
