I wouldn't use their services if I was you, any thing like that that gives you "likes" are a waste of time..and the link thing is no follow..so as of now its not worth it..

After some research this is where I stand now:

When it comes to Twitter->number of retweets but not pure number of followers and
When it comes to Facebook->shared links, but not pure likes or fans if you like.

Also probably (?very?) important how old and active these retweet and shared links accounts are (how old means when google discovered/crawled them first and not when they were actually created)
Obviously big numbers always kill small numbers. Which means if you have 10 000 retweets even though accounts used to retweet your message/link etc are 'low profile/quality', it is still probably better- more powerfull than 20 retweets from organic/genuine accounts- big number kills the small number...

    What do you think?

currently facebook ads are nofollow in search engine results; about the only way to get a Dofollow is to join the developers network and create a link in your profile...don't spam it though.

I also personally feel that there should not be descrimination on the value of the backlink as to whether from it is coming.

Although Facebook links are nofollow they still give some link juice and also will get you some traffic.

Facebook and Twitter (and other major social networking sites) are a good way to advertise your own web page, but they are limited in usefulness for backlinks because those likes are nofollow. However, Google does include results from such sites in their searches so it can get you some attention.

What i had notices in past year is that every link is helpful for you, even no follow links which gets you little bit traffic are useful because whenever a link drops a visitor on your URL it gets auto ping then because of the ping and visitors frequency search engines i.e Google index them faster...!

It will Help , i wont say it will help you gaining PR as they are No Follow Sites and wont give you any link Juice but would definitely count as a back link and benefit it...
