Links from dropped sites, do they work?

    If i restored the dropped domain and web-site which was based on this domain from web-archive, will links from this site be work?

    Example: _easternultimatedining.com

    No, once the domain is dropped, it is removed from Google too. But backlinks from other sites may help you.

    Yes checkblog is right and once the whole domain gone every things is gone or if you transfer domain to domain than it will transfer your whole thing but it will take time and the system will be completely different.

    If the domain actually "dropped" then Google says that they reset their backlink records. In that case you can try a 301 for the old urls, but it may not do you any good. If you have a Webmaster Tools account, it would be interesting to see whether those backlinks are reported.
