Links from Dmoz even if i am not listed

    Today i got 2 visits from Dmoz.org , but when i checked my URL is not yet listed there.
    does it mean editors were visiting my Site n hence i got hits from Dmoz ??

    I would think that an editor has visited your site then. God Luck, hope they list your site

    An editor might be looking a your site or an editor may be skiming through the submission pool cleaning up dead sites and such. Nobody would know for sure.

    Sites don't show up right away, even when they're approved. It may take several days before you see if your submission was listed.

    Does DMOZ use bots? If so, it could just be one of those crawling your site...

    Not reallyy... Dmoz is just a Directory not a SE.. Dmoz doesnt use bots ... but i aint sure how i got Hit

    Would it show a hit if a visitor was just visiting that page, and naturally typed in your site? I guess that would make them the referer. I never really got into server stats that much, so I'm hoping to learn something about it too
