I started a link exchange campaign and I got many dofollow direct links from .blogspot.com blogs related to my website. Do you think these links will help my website in serp if they are all from .blogspot.com blogs? The links are not from posts, I have a banner there on the left or rihgt sidebar and the banner appears on all the blog pages. Not sure if I should continue my link exchange campaign with .blogspot.com blogs or not or they worth on serp. Please give me an idea what to do. Thanks
Definitely the links will help you as long as they are not from spamy blogs, specially if they are one way.
They'll help you so long as these links are not from spammy blogspots. It also depends on the PR of the blogspot account. The higher the better.
Hi, I have a personal experience of link exchange with around 300+ blogs and all were either from .blogspot.com or .wordpress.com. But i took a chance and started putting my link and banners there and out of my surprise, my site had a nice PR in just 3 months of time. I also had a lot of traffic coming from those banners as i put the banners with an HTML code to track the traffic. The only condition for this is that the Blogs must be with real contents and Live. If they are just meant to earn the adsense or any other ad income, than your exchange would not be fruitful as you think. I hope this information will be helpful to you. Regards, Nishit Patel.
I think if you get a link from a related and not spammy blogs it's very good for your website: 1. you get links and thus better PR 2. you will get extra traffic as usually blog visitors will visit your site if it's related. I'm trying to run a campaign where I can exchange links with blogs but I'm not sure how you do it as there's no way to contact a webmaster. How did you manage get many links from .blogspot?
