Hi all, can somebody please explain to me how linking to other sites helps with web traffic and google crawling your website. Which websites are the best to link with and how do you go about it? Thanks, DW
It's great to like to authority sites. Wikipedia is a great one but don't overdue it. In the eyes of google it looks like you're being generous and sharing link juice. They take this into consideration when ranking your site. Getting links from sites is a bit different. You have to convince someone to put your link on their site.
To get rank from a search engine like Google you must have to exchange link juice from top ranked sites to get your rank increased. So, if you link to a top linked site like wikipedia you will share your link juice to it. Like this if you got link back from others you will get it in return too!
