Selling Links Directory with Premium Domain For Sale

Hi Everyone,

I would like to sell my Link and Article directory, Links.edu.pl, due to lack of time and interest in maintaining it.

Lately there have been new submissions each week that I have checked. Thats said, traffic seems to have gone down a bit, though I dont track the sats using analytics - its just what alexa has told me.

I have never monetized the site, nor have I ever advertised it at all. The real value here is that it is possible to sell the submissions into the directory (so far it has only been free...) and people love backlinks with .edu in it (even if its .edu.pl, though it does not have the same significance).

The keyword in this domain in absolutely AMAZING for so many webmaster applications - link directory, link sales, domain sales, etc. - as well as many website ideas. The real value here will be in the name.

I am looking to get low $xxx for the dsite, seeing as I would like to recover what I paid for the domain itself. I really thought I would put a lot more work into this, but I just really havent been interested...

 

Is that a real edu domain? How does the hosting work / and how much does it cost?
