I am looking for a links directory script that is similar to Comdev Links Directory 4.1 for PHP found at http://comdevweb.com/linksdir.php but is Open Source.

Any recommendations? While the above software looks very good, its also very expensive!

    Thanks,

    Jon

Have a look at CPLinks and CPDynalinks from www.cplinks.com if u think you like them. They are free.

Good thinks, thanks. What about a paid version for unlimited domains license. Any suggestions?

You can also try PHP Link Directory - http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/

The licensed version 3.0 is paid (I believe $25.00) and they have a free version 2.0.

Honestly if you are going to run a directory, the 3.0 version is worth the money.

Can these scripts be used for creating - for example - a review site with pre-sell pages of products? Or are they really only suitable for reciprocal links?
