Yesterday, webmaster tools shows that I had 1891 links .Today I see that I have 891 links. With in one day 1000 links gone. I couldnot understand what happened. My site dropped. I got now 20 visitor per day. Two days ago I got 700 visitors per day.Is there any process to find out which links are deleted?

Generally webmasters are not deleting the natural links. Did you get some links from the link farms?

Google shuffles its index and its a normal process - just watch out for two three days if still your links are not back - they would have been probably dropped.

god, there may be some of your links to be removed, and the search engine will be updated daily, links to be removed will be stripped out

It is going to fluctuate some naturally. Now as far as the traffic goes look and see where it "was" coming from. Then look at your traffic now. If the traffic was lost from search engines then is was probably something to do with the Google Panda update.

Look at your site map file and check the current links.
