    Hi. Fastes way to get links to your blog is by participating in blogging community. Go to other blogs, provide some cool comments (you should be logged with your google account) and try to add some fresh content to your blog at least once a week. If your blog is good, you can add it to directories and get some aditional links. Another good way to improve blog's rank would be participating in forums related to the theme of the blog and have your blog's adress in your signature.

    Join a community and build natural looking links. You can either do it yourself or get someone to build them for you.Links really help the cause for your site.

    When more people get to know you, you become more popular and important. A same concept is applicable to blog site too, when more site link back with you, your blog become more and more important, end up it will boot up SERP and generate a huge traffic.

    There are couple of way to get those links, you can make link exchange with other blog community, add signature link to your DP account, submission to directory, and buy links from others site.

    Good tips Tolovaj. Link exchange (2-way/ 3-way), links for cash, articles, guest blogging, (genuine) commenting, participating in blog-related contests are some of the things I would suggest. The most important thing to remember: Do not spam!!!

    Get some authority links from edu and gov links for the blog, then look fro high PR blog comments with little outbound links, this will help improve your site in SERPs.
