    make it into a link directory, build a good PR and will be worth more depending on the PR, revenue, traffic, ..

    i would suggest you to hire a seo professional and then according to his consultation develop a link directory for your site.
    never go alone and develop directories like every one else does.
    i hired a seo and today i am glad i did so,its worth it.but hire a good seo pro.i know its hard to spend money before any profit but if you want a good profit you have to invest and then think of a strategy which will work.
