My main issues with them are:
1.)People link to you first before you accept the trade which means I am getting links I certainly don't want on some sites...The flipside is I have to link to someone I am interested in trading with first before they accept. They seem to never accept which leaves you in Limbo
2.) They don't allow triangle links

I realize in general you can't control who links to you but I try not to sign up for programs that encourage this.

I don't think LinkMetro will do you any damage, I just think its lacking when compared to a place like LinkMarket

 

Good points. I just got off Linkmetro and was 0 for 12 in quality links this time. I'll be checking out LinkMarket this weekend.

Article Depot is a fairly new site and your point that I don't know SEO because its a PR3 is ridiculous. I have PR6 and PR7 sites so you can bite me.

There is more to SEO benefit then PR. The fact that you keep posting about the PR of one site of mine shows you know nothing yourself.
