Linkjuicer has taken 37$ from my paypal account

I have been trying link juicer's one month free service .but they have charged 37$ from my pay pal account. I had no intention to continue to there paid service .Can i get my money from Paypal....

 

Contact them!! Just tell them that you are not satisfied with their service!

 

I think you should close subscription before paid period .......

 

The best ways is try to contact them.

 

I have raised a dispute and mailed them but no reply till now

I do not think, that you can. You should have closed the subscription before the due date comes.

 

Paypal should confirm once before paying for any subscription.....

 

change your dispute to claim,btw i dont think they refund you cause you already used 30 days.

 

When you subscribed you consented to able to charge your account every month. They would have clearly mentioned free for 30 days. in the subscription page and in the paypal confirmation page. Since you failed to cancel the subscription from your paypal account page, you cannot claim that money back. You can use the services for another month though. You wont be charged again because you have cancelled the service now. I hope by now, you understand how the subscription system works.

i think payback will not be available, just look from their position, you have been using their services for free one month, they have given you the opportunity to cancel your subsribtion, you have missed the time period so in my view the situation is fare.

 

There is no option on there site to cancel the subscription after one month....Pay pal should confirm with the end user before paying for any thing from his account

 

The option is not on the site, you have to go into your subscriptions in paypal and cancel it. The charge was fair, you can't get your money back.

Thanks to link juicer for being genuine.

Due to reading about online frauds and fake companies i have been panicking about the situation.

As i was unaware of subscription process and was not able to find out any link on the site to how to unsubscribe i got into trouble.

But i still feel paypal should have notified me about the subscription process before making the payment as it is looking like flaw in process as if one don't know about subscription process and don't know how to cancel it. he should have get notified once before actual payment has been made so he can made his mind.

I got the same problem with them. so far linkjuicer is one of the saddest services I ever used.

 

Im just trying this free 30days period, hopefully i will get some good results.
And if i dont like there service, i can easily cancel the subscription before the free period ends.

Anyway, you saying "saddest service" cuz you forgot to cancel the subscription?
