Linking WP header to another site?

Can anybody can steer me in the right direction for linking the header banner image to another site? It's an affiliate banner that I'd feel safer using if I could link it to their site.

    Thanks

You can adjust it from either index.php or style.css file within the wp-content > theme's folder.

    Login to your admin panel
Go to Settings --> General and change the URL of your blog

I think u need something like my recent blog (its not affiliate banner its other site banner)

    Here is the code:
Replace url with ur owns affiliate link and image path in src tag. And add this code in ur header.php file.

Thanks for the replies, but I can't get it to work and decided to go with another banner instead. The author of the theme has support people working their forum, but I didn't receive a reply that works there either.

    Thanks

    I don't understand the issue...
You have a banner that you put on there yourself, but want to change the destination URL ? Or it's someone else banner and you didn't put it there, yet want to change the URL destination ?

I guess I wasn't that clear the way I explained it. Basically I wanted to use an affiliate banner for website I'm creating, nothing new there except I can't figure out a way to link the banner header to the merchants site with the theme I'm using. And using the banner without the hyperlink would probably upset the merchant, but I have no way of finding out because there's no contact info on both website's owned by the merchant. So to be on the safe side I just used another banner even though it's less attractive.

    Thanks
