Linking urls in plain text emails

I've been told that plain text emails don't link url's automatically. I've used several emails and the email client has always linked the urls. Is this a non-issue or are there some clients out there that still don't link urls?

 

Hi Alpha, as long as you used http:// in front, there shouldn't be any issues...

 

Fairplay is right. Put a http:// in front and it should work.
