I am having trouble submitting to directories or finding people to link share. Now, I can obviously go and contact sites individually... but I was wondering if anyone knew of a good adult linking resource for my site http://www.analamature.com ? Thanks guys....

First, you might want to better clarify your subject/title to ensure people know you're talking about an adult site, and even though it's in your body, make sure you emphasize the "warning" just as a "public service".

You might want to check out http://www.gotlinks.com/ and other programs where you can auto-exchange links within specific genres.

    Good luck.

Hm, I think its pretty obvious that the domain name is adult related lol but I agree there probably wasn't any need to put in the post aswell :D

Have you tried contacting other adult sites maybe include some of their 'content' in return for links to you and visa versa. Other than that you can buy software which sends link emails to webmasters - the software finds the email addresses. Arelis is one application I am aware of.
