OK, I have a site, picture rating site that is doing quite well in the early stages, which has google adsense on it. Now I have a banner rotation system that shows banners on the top of each picture. CAN I put banners to sites like this? On the site there are no nude pics, but when you sign up and pay like 20 bucks a month, there are nude pics. www.puredee.com www.katesplayground.com ALSO, if I decide to not show google code on the site, and place those banners, will google still let me have an account with my other sites, which are nothing related? So you're going to rotate the banners, so Adsense and the affiliate banners for the adult sites won't be on the same page at the same time? If this is the case, I'm thinking Google should be fine with it. They don't want you to have Adsense ads on pages with adult or gambling (i.e. against their TOS) affiliate links, but if the Adsense and affiliate ads don't show up at the same time... I'm thinking it'll be fine, but it's best to ask Adsense for confirmation. Make sure you mention the name of the two affiliate sites so they can check for themselves. The second question is easier to answer: Google only "controls" sites where you have their ads. Sites without their ads have nothing to do with them, and they could care less what you do with it.
I would say sites such as they are now already are with Adult content and I wouldn't risk Google AdSense account for them
