    Hey,

I need a little suggestion from SEO Experts. What if we link our site to an entirely irrelevant blog page. Forexample we deal in providing business services and we post a comment in blog or forum that is related to Budhism or Life after death.

What impact does it makes on your site reputation.

And Secondly, what is the BEST quantity you back-link either on forum or blogs you should post on each PR3, PR4 and PR5 site ?

    Thanks in advance. :)

    Hi,

As long as the page you are linking to is not banned by google then it doesnt really matter, i would also stay away from linking to spam sites or porn sites etc. In regards to amounts of out bound links per page, i think google said that any one page should not have more than 100 obl's but i wouldnt been willing to put more than 20 on per page. Hope this helps :)

Thanks that really eased me out. My Second question, How many Backlinks we should ideally post, and not being spam? (with bank links i mean, approved and published backlinks on other's sites)

It is not actually the matter of numbers. You know, as far as your site is in good shape, having contents and links and sometimes you add links to other useful pages so that your web readers too follow the news, nothing would go wrong.

No one could give you an exact number, thus number does not matter for being penalized as long as it is following basic Google guideline (not over 100 links per page).

The selective on outbound link is more important. You have to selective and only linking to website that useful, not a content scraped website, otherwise your website will be penalized by Google due to "Bad-Neighborhood Linking" anyway.
