    Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of a website or program out there that can do a certain task for me.

    I’d like to have it set up so that when someone clicks on my link it redirects them to the certain website that I’m promoting. But it also tells me that the link has been clicked, and charges the person I sent the traffic to.

    I’m sure there’s something out there like this already, it’s just difficult to Google what I want lol.

    as far as I understand it what you need is a link click tracking script. There are many js scripts around that may help you achieve this. But it will need to be implemented. Try HotScripts.com it has many such scripts available. Choose the one that suits you best.
