depends on how frequent the links between the sites will be, i.e. will it appear spammy, because the spiders are quite smart and can detect these things, but then there is also leverage for the typical web design company with a reseller account but massive portfolio who hav their sig on every front page of their clients and have that link right back to them, and when you look at their portfolio pages they have decent PRs, usually 4+. Getting unique ips can be costly. If all the sites are related, i suggest minimal interliking, just don't over do it.

as master06 already told you links from sites on same C block are less valuable as others. I suggest you link your sites if they are related, but don't interlink them too much. If each site has a unique and relevant content than don't bother too much.

If the 10 sites are from different IPs, just connect your pages with each other. But you'd better organize the links, and make sure SEs don't treat them as the job from those link exchange companies.

As long as your links are relevant, you are fine :)

So as i understood... i will link my sites ONLY IF ARE RELEVANT RIGHT
For example: if i have 10 different sites about NBA players (different players of course), i can link them because are in the basketball topic??
OR i should link the players ites that play in the same team only???
    IS this right??
    Thanks.
