Linking ICICI bank debit card to Paypal

    Please don spread wrong information. I have a ICICI Visa Debit card and I am able to link the card to paypal. I have verified and have used it to buy online skype credits.

    My best advice for internation use with Paypal is to signup for Payoneer or there's a few more out there that always come in handy when you're trying to use paypal. Most of them have backoffices where you can click on direct deposit in the backoffice and plug that info into the bank account setup in Paypal. Goodluck
