Dont you just hate people who put links to their websites from their eBay auctions when it is against the rules. Imagine putting up 50 auctions, all with a backlink to your websute, not a bad deal is it!!

I've seen a few eBay shops with backlinks, am sure they cache!

I get referrer spam from people that sell on ebay. They spam my referrer logs with their auctions.

Makes me think "yea, this guy's a real reputable seller for spamming me, let me rush over and buy three of his corn muffins that resemble a photo of Alice Cooper."

The Ebay Store URLs can get indexed but Im pretty sure there would be no real value in links on the auction listing pages...

ebay auction pages are not crawled by google. But ME and Store home pages are crawled and indexed. Also it's against ebay rules to link to other sites from auction pages, and store homepage. But you can link from your ME (about me) page.

Is there any way to check the PR from a ME page? I tried it today, but the URL is a nice long cgi one that wouldn't load in any of the tools i tried. I did add my URL to mine though since it is a free link after all...
