I see that all Blogger sites have the same class and subclass of IP, meaning all of them have like ###.###.###.xxx with the #'s all being the same and the final x's being the only different part, so if you get a lot of links from Blogger sites, would Google penalize you for doing them all from the same ip?
Google will not penalize you or else this would be a good way to get rid of your competitors. It just won't help you.
They'll still help - but maybe not as much. The links will probably be devalued if they're all from the same IP class.
