Hello all, I am still an unverified personal account holder in paypal. I cannot verify it yet because i dont have a credit card. I am from India. One of my new friends has an ICICI bank credit card and he has offered me to use it for verification. I would like to know if paypal accepts ICICI bank credit card for verification. also, would there be any risk in doing so? I cant really trust him much because i hardly know him for less than 3 weeks. By risk i mean that can he use my "hard earned" paypal money for transactions via his credit card? Please suggest me what to do. I am dying to lift off my paypal limits. Thanks in advance.
