Hello, I wanted to promote a product from clickbank. This is it: http://www.pregnancymiracle.com/Pregnancy-Miracle.htm?hop=blabla However, I want to create my own landing page and link directly to the payment page on clickbank, which is it: https://ssl.clickbank.net/order/ord...EE5E4377D8CE482A7861F07F6E4D4D8451951B4165761 I was wondering where in that process (user visits my LP and then clicks "buy now" and visits the payment page) would the clickbank cookie be set for the visit? thanks
By "where in that process" what are u meaning? The cookie is set on visitor's browser. Also note that when u r using this method, this is an immediate cookie, or a one-time cookie, that is set. This is same as saying "no cookie is set", because as soon the visitor leaves, the cookie is gone. That means if the customer visits your LP, clicks on "buy now", goes to the payment page, and then doesn't buy, the customer has lost your affiliate cookie. That means if he thinks about buying from your affiliate link again, he would have to visit your LP FIRST, then click on "buy" button and so on. This is the drawback of using this process.
You can do that, but you will have to take a permission from the vendor in-order to overcome his sales page.
