Linking directly to CJ payment pages

Hi all, quick question. Is there a way to link directly to a payment page with CJ? I am trying to use PPC campaigns to drive traffic to custom landing pages, with a "sign up" or "pay" link. At the moment, I'm not able to direct these links directly to a payment form. I am only able to direct them to another landing page set up by the vendor. Thanks
