Linking Between Blog Posts

Hi,

I have a blog which has about 60 posts. Would it help with seo if I begin to link from one post to another using keywords within the post.

Also have a sitemap and submit it to Google via Webmaster Tools and you are set for Google to easily crawl your site and find/index your content.
