Linking Bank account is necessary to Receive money?

    Hi,
    I'm from India, and i have Unverified PayPal account.
    I successfully linked my PAN Card (proof of identity), so now i can Receive & Send money (In Limit)??
    or Linking Bank Account is necessary to receive/send money in India?
    Looking for answer, Thank You. ;)

    yes, only bank through you can withdraw cash from PayPal. they stopped cheque withdraw option to india it needs only three days to verify bank account

    there is no ned to verify bank if u have already verified your paypal with a credit card. just add bank & purpose code. it will be enough.

    @Vinay Desai you can receive payments in your PayPal account, you just won't be able to withdraw /transfer them to over if you don't have a bank account linked to your PayPal account.
    In sum, if its going to take 4-5 days before completing all formalities (like NEFT transfer and token confirmation etc) you can start selling using your PayPal account in the meanwhile. The accumulated amount will be transferred to your bank account the day you add it.
