Linking analytics to adwords accounts properly

I had a adwords ppc review done by an expert, I decided not to use him as he was too expensive but one thing he said was that my analytics was not properly linked to my adwords account, any links on how to do this and what it means?

 

I should say that I used the same URL and email address when setting up both accounts...
