Linking Adwords and Analytics account

    I want to link my existing Analytics account to Adwords account.
    Now, I _know_ where to do it, but when I go to Analytics tab in Adwords, and then click on "I already have Analytics account blah blah", I get this message:

    Existing Google Analytics Account:
    0 Accounts to Link.

    And no other options - nothing to click on or select.
    What can be the problem?
