Linking a new Youtube account to current adsense after monetization banned on two other channels

Hi guys,
recently i had two Youtube accounts disabled for monetization with no copyright strikes on either.

I am now sceptical about opening a new youtube account and linking it to my current adsense account due to the fact that the whole 'network' seems to be linked (several channels to one adsense account even though my adsense has not been banned).

So basically i'm asking the best way to link a new youtube channel to my adsense account.

I'd say that you're at a high risk of an overall ban. Three strikes and you're out etc. Sorry not to be more positive. Odd ban though

 

I think thats non-original videos and dont add any value to youtube or advertiser.
