LinkedIn Group for DP

    I noticed DP has a LinkedIn page, but no LinkedIn group. The thought has occurred to me that if DP users had a group page on LinkedIn, we could all connect with one another and thereby support each other.

    Is there a reason we don't have a DP group on LI?

    Probably because being members of the same forum doesn't mean we want to share our business connections with all and sundry.

    I have never really seen it as an either/or situation. I'm active on a new networks, and activity on one does not distract from activity on another. They are often complementary - for instance, Twitter and DP.

    On a side note, that LinkedIn page wasn't made by us. I don't even have a LinkedIn account myself. I like how it says we have 10,000+ employees and based in India. lol Right.

    They are using your logo and claiming to be DP. Could lead to mischief. E.g., they could run PPC ads on linkedin under the company banner and sell the outsourcing services they talk about on the profile. Probably a PITA, but it might be worth reaching out to linkedin and pointing out the fraud to prevent issues down the road.
