LinkDomain Count Different on API then WWW?

    I've been building internal applications and for some reason the linkdomain count for a specific domain or two are coming back with totally different figures then when I do it at search.yahoo.com.

    In fact, I can do the linkdomain command at search.yahoo.com 1 minute and then do it again 15 minutes later and get totally different results.

    But the API is totally different as well.

    Anyone else notice this?

    When I use the linkdomain command at Yahoo it seems to be returning stable results, although, those results are vastly different than what I'm seeing with the API.
