Ok this may sound a little strange but I've seen stuff like this out there. I want a script, preferably php, that allows users to submit a text or banner link to a "links" page on my site. But, I want them to have to place a link of my site first and then them have to click "verify" or what have you. optional::: It would be great if the script had the ability to allow me to login to an admin panel and click "check links". That way it can see who has kept your link up and who hasn't so you can remove them accordingly. Does anyone know of such a script? I have found some before but they all cost money. I'm hoping for a low cost or free one.
