link with title

    I just Call title using Java Scipt.
    <script language="JavaScript">
    document.write(document.title)
    </script>
    using this u can call title.
    but i want to add my title name after
    <a href="http://NowDownloadAll.com/your-file.asp?PID=a9e814c1-b01a-4955-be5d-9f29feb792a7&q=WANT TO PUT TITLE HERE">Again Title Here</a>

    how to solve it
    i put my title on Again Title here using this code. but want to put my Title with this 
    http://NowDownloadAll.com/your-file.asp?PID=a9e814c1-b01a-4955-be5d-9f29feb792a7&q=[COLOR="Red"]want to put my title here[/COLOR]
