    link wheel helps, but its actually consume much time...and in the long run it might not be that effective if not maintained well

    IMO dont do it - one page on my site I have used a link wheel for has fallen off Google! My other site I used traditional link building articles, bookmarks etc and that is fine. The evidence is there
