    Ad units defintely pay more. The square ads are the best ... the 300x250 ads. That's the best ad unit because that has the most advertisers.

    ad units pay more. Plus you will get more clicks cause link units take you to another page and then they have to click something there too.

    link units still do very bad for me i just put them in between my blog posts and though well hidden they not give any revenue at all :-(

    Rather than which one pays more, I'm more toward the ctr. Link unit does not perform that well when it comes to this.

    The earning are same.
    But link ads need to have clicked on the result page which is harder to earn compare to ads unit
