Link Units below images - Is it against google Program Policies?

Dear friends kindly have a look at the image below, which i found from a website.



and tell me Is it against google program policies. According to google program polices 'placing images next to individual ads' is not allowed.

I need your valuable feed backs.

the TOC says it's illegal but it's kinda neat he has skills and talent and heart to take such risks

I would love to implement the similar thing in my website too. But unless I make sure there won't be any problem i won't do it.

this is against TOS. But, for bigger sites, G might accept this "technique".

 

I personally discourage you from adopting this style if your website is a small or middle sized one.

 

It's definitely against the Google program policies about images next to the ads and making the ads look like navigation links. You can read the policy and see an example of what is not allowed here:

Against the TOS of adsense. This is your own risk. That's it.
