Link Unit Placement Suggestion

    I want to put a link unit on the top black space above logo on the right side where currently you see
    Subscribe Comments Email Posts

    I want to make sure if this is agiant Google TOS or not as this may appear to some as Menu. Is it ok to have link unit in such place or you recommend some other place.

    google tos only says that the color of background & the text on it must not be same.. i.e. invisible text is banned..
